Payment Policy
- Cash on delivery is available for inside Dhaka
- Only Delivery Charge is required in advance for outside Dhaka orders
- Same day delivery requires full advance payment
- Orders are processed after payment confirmation where applicable

- We deliver across Bangladesh
Delivery Time and Charges
Inside Dhaka
- Delivery time: 2 to 3 days
- Delivery charge: 80 Taka
Outside Dhaka
- Delivery time: 3 to 5 days
- Delivery charge: 150 Taka
Same Day Delivery
- Available only after full payment
- Subject to order time and location
- Our team will confirm availability before processing
Delivery Process
- Orders are packed and handed to delivery partners
- You will receive updates through phone or message
- Delivery attempts will be made to your provided address
Important Guidelines
- Ensure your phone number is active and reachable
- Be available to receive the delivery
- Check your product in front of the delivery person
Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may require additional charge
- Orders outside Dhaka with advance payment will be rescheduled for delivery
Delays
- Delivery time may change due to weather, transport issues, or public holidays
- We will inform you in case of significant delays
